Subject matter interviews are very often the preliminary stage for selection in many a selection process. This is the first hurdle to be crossed before your name figures in the list of the short-listed candidates or otherwise. In this session participants would learn how to successfully negotiate their ways in subject matter interviews.

In this introductory unit, participants will have an in-depth discussion of subject matter interview and its value and importance to an organization.
In these section participants gain knowledge about the various types of subject matter interviews that are commonly used and how to successfully tackle them.
The essence of this program lies in understanding yourself and using that knowledge to convincingly argue your usefulness for the organization for which you are being interviewed. This section deals with the art and science of exploring your own self and knowing more of your latent competencies.
The session culminates with a series of various types of mock interviews, which may be videotaped at participants request for further accentuated learning.
By the end of this program, participants will have the knowledge and skills to deal with subject matter interviews more effectively. They will know through practice what skills are being analyzed at any given point of time in the interview process.
