The mentoring service started with the premise of harnessing the redundancy of the industry experience from its retired or exhausted work force.
We provide experience and opinion sharing of experts and people of eminence from their respective fields. Where on the one hand we offer the advice from the retired and out of harness professionals, on the other hand we also corroborate the views and opinions of currently serving professionals thereby providing a clear linkage between the past and the present.
For the purpose of mentoring for a sales career we have been associated with sales champions at the grassroots levels from the era of the late eighties and the early nineties. Today the same people head various sales initiatives at the national and international levels for various Indian and International MNCís.
Please note that this is not a sales training program but is a concerted effort to bridge the expectation of a modern day management. It uses the experience of their very own achievements to produce a road map for their sustained growth and success. It is not a sales talk but a rainbow of views recollecting how success was achieved and can be replicated yet again.
This is put in perspective by sessions from achievers today. By those who are making waves of progress through their achievements for their companies and for themselves in the process.
Participants enrolling for this program also are counselled on a one-to-one basis and are also cautioned about the potential pitfalls of the career path they have chosen so that they may tread cautiously.
