PEOPLE

The quality and skill of our faculty sets TnM apart. The idea behind TnM is born out of decades of experience in enabling students and young professionals.

Training and mentoring services are offered in a simulated environment that matches the real time environment. All training imparted is activity–based and is hence done in small homogenous groups. Skills such as interview facing techniques are honed on a one–to–one basis. The faculty is expert in examination strategies, performance–monitoring measures and innovative techniques of test taking. Small batches (of 12 to 14 students) ensure individual attention to each participant, where all doubts are clarified and queries are answered.

SANJAY S PATRO, Director

Sanjay is a graduate in Electronics and has done his MBA in personnel management. He has a career experience of over a decade and a half. He has been in the service industry, office automation, manufacturing, diplomatic mission and the IT industry. He is also the founder president of the Society for Employment and Human Resource Development – a registered Society for the semi skilled workforce in the national capital.

Sanjay is the only trainer in the country for campus recruitment activities. The campus initiative comes from his wide exposure as a HR professional specializing in fresh talent acquisition from the premier educational campuses across India.

More importantly, Sanjay also was the IELTS Administrator with the British Council Division, British High Commission, where he was solely responsible for all IELTS activity including test administrations and signing the IELTS certificates.

SUNITA, Director

Sunita holds a MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Allahabad and has been a finance professional with reputed non-banking financial institutions including BOIFIN (the investment banking wing of the Bank of India) as Assistant Vice President. She has been an active entrepreneur and has been a trainer with the NGO sector. She has been a moving force in setting up TnM.

Sunita has wide interest and experience in the non-profit sector and has used her experience in promoting the human resource base in a number of NGOs on a pro-bono basis. She has been the Secretary for SEHRD - a registered society working in the field of human capital development. This has given her a unique insight of the abilities of young people who have not got the opportunity to study in pedigreed institutions.

Other than this Sunita currently is also the District level co-ordinator for NOIDA for the Scheme for Self Employment of Graduates (SSEG) under the IRDA. She has been actively involved in this capacity eversince the inception of the SSEG - IRDA and is a regular contributor for the same.

AMIT, Communication and Voice and Accent skills

Amit has over 7 years of Training Experience. He has worked in a range of Industries. Some of the organizations that he has worked for include: Los Angeles City College-California, USA, WNS, HCL , CBSE, WIPRO Technologies, Elite Models, Spice Telecom, Delhi University and ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organization)

Having a Master's Degree in English Literature, Amit also holds a Diploma in Film Production and has successfully completed ten Training Certifications.

His repertoire of Training Specializations includes but is not limited to the following areas: Train the Trainer, Accent Neutralization and Voice Modulation, Stress Management, Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Adult Training Methodologies and Learning Styles.

Amit believes in making the learners realize their potential, so that they start on the development phase themselves.

SUBHA, Communication and English language skills

Subha is a teacher by profession and a trainer by choice and interest. She has over 10 years of teaching experience at University level and has been training for more than 4 years on soft skills and English language. Subha has successfully delivered English Language programs at Junior (Supervisory), Middle and Senior management levels at corporates and have been well accepted by them.

She has also conducted numerous training programs for Engineering and Management colleges and is a regular trainer at some of the prestigious institutions in Delhi NCR. Subha loves to read, travel and listen to Indian classical music. Above all Subha is a language enthusiast with an ability to converse in seven different languages

Wg. Cdr. RAHUL AGARWAL, Leadership and motivation catalyst

A graduate from the National Defence Academy, Wg. Cdr. Rahul is the inspiration expert behind many a successful TnM program.

Rahul is a M.Sc (Defence & Strategic Studies) and is currently pursuing his Ph.D from Delhi Univ in Aviation Management. A keen sports enthusiast Rahul intersperses his trainings with management games and has a excellent ability to decode and analyse the outcomes of each event.

Rahul is key to all motivation and leadership trainings happening at Trainers ‘n’ Mentors. However he also shares his communication expertise in communication and presentation skills programs organised by TnM

SANGEETA, Business Development Head

Sangeeta heads the business development activities for TnM. She also leads the sales and marketing training agenda for the organization. Sangeeta is based out of Hyderabad and has over 12 years of progressive media and sales experience.

She has handled a number of turnaround assignments and built new business propositions.
