Program Overview

Organizations grow because of individuals contributions. Sharing knowledge makes the workplace more productive and fun to work. Coaching and mentoring are two indispensable functions which promote harmony and raise productivity at the work place. However one needs to be cautious and empathetic to the needs and learning competencies of their colleagues and counterparts. Being a successful instructor is not just about being and expert – also spelt as ex SPURT. It is about understanding group dynamics and leveraging research knowledge of human learning capabilities through enriched presentation skills. This course is designed to provide employees with skills, information, and practical experience to become effective workplace trainers. This program is designed at a very conceptual level and is hence suitable for both HR and Non – HR individuals alike. It is a good alternative for especially those who are in HR functions such as recruitment and compliances and seek an avenue for lateral movement and hence career growth. The program also adds value to managers who frequently engage in conducting in-house training for their subordinates for any reason. Finally the program is a much sought refresher for those already engaged as trainers.
